Regina, SK to Bert Fox Community High School in Fort Qu'Appelle, SK
Today featured a shorter day off of the TransCanada. Only for the first few kilometres did we ride on it and we had a escort through construction! The construction manager was very concerned with bicycle safety.
The rest of the day we rode on smaller country rides until the last 20kilometres on a local two lane highway. I found a few bungy straps, a tow hook, and William found an aluminum pry bar.
Today almost felt like another rest day. The ride was shorter and the winds were semi favorable. I finished riding by 11am and had the rest of the day to relax. William, Caleb, and I went to hang out at the lake and catch some refreshment at Tim Hortons. We had ham and potatoes for dinner. I didn't prefer the ham but the potatoes were great!
Time: 3hr 36min
Trip: 81.2km
Avg: 22.5km/hr
Max: 48.0km/hr

An alpaca farm for wool.
Blue fields of flax.
A tandem spray painted in the tiny local skatepark (yes, Caleb and I found another one!) The tandem makes us think of Peter and Marja. They are a married couple from Canada. Peter is one of the Sea to Sea Chaplin's and they ride a tandem everyday for the full ride.
