Gull Lake, SK to Chaplin Park in Chaplin, SK

I slept in this morning! Till about 5:39am that is.
Back onto the TransCanada we went. The lighter traffic in the early morning is nice, as well as a gentler wind which picks up during the day. The sights changed slightly today. The Canadian plain are not as flat as expected. The salt lakes are the most peculiar of sights. Weather dry or wet they all smelled funky.
Our last 20km stretch into camp boarded Reeds Lake. It's a long lake that I quite mistook to be salt water until I learned it's name. The winds were semi favorable, either a crosswind or slight tailwind.

Time: 5hr 44min
Trip: 145.8km
Avg: 24.5km
Max: 44.4

The stockpile of a salt mine.
I'll be trying a fellow rider's hammock tonight.
